Equilium has developed 2 types of approach :
Everyone (adults, children, sportsmen, artists…) can embrace it and there is no prerequesite.
It's a relaxation (and harmonisation) technique used to get the balance right (and back) between body and soul and to increase well-being. We behave all too often as "robots" which gives us a feeling of losing control on who we are and what we do. Using sophrology on a regular basis enables us to release tension and remove pressure, listen more carefully to what our body tells us and, most importantly, drive our well-being again.
We leverage our inner resources and our full potential leading to autonomy and authenticity.
Dynamic sophrology® can help in the following areas :
Dynamic sophrology® sessions are led by a person who is an expert in that field for individuals and for groups. These sessions are based on breathing exercises combined with movements (stretching, postures, muscular tension, self-massage, …), muscular and mental release and positive images. All this enables participants to develop their optimized level of consciousness (between wake and sleep phases) and a better perception of sensations and emotions coming from within them.
The goal of these sessions is to allow participants to leverage and replicate this easy-to-use technique on their own in order to enjoy each day of their life even more.
Practicing it on a regular basis (at home and/or with a sophrologist) will ensure success and results in the long run. Results will be as psychological (better management of stress and emotions, enhanced concentration, increased creativity, better sleep, …) as physical (less pain and muscular tension, ... ).
Participants share their experience, findings and next steps at the end of sessions.
It is important to bear in mind that sophrology will neither replace nor change any medical treatment. Participants should tell the doctor about any improvment following training sessions.
